Return and Refund Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

By placing an order, you agree to our stated processing time of 1–5 business days and estimated shipping time of 7–21 business days (up to 30 business days in rare cases).

We do not offer refunds for orders still in transit within these timeframes.

Returns

Return eligibility varies by product and supplier. Please review the specific product page for return details before purchasing.

Certain items (such as personalized, intimate, or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

If your product is eligible for return, it must be unused, in original packaging, and customer must request a refund on the Haven Theory contact page, including order number and reason for return. within 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect your returned item, unless otherwise required by law.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@haventheory.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. If deemed lost, we will send a replacement or process a refund.
